Thanks for your speedy reply. We've stayed at Beaver Run three times before but always in a Deluxe studio in building 4. Now that the children are getting older they need more space and their own beds! (They're 10 and 12) Some friends of ours had a 2 bed condo in building 2 last season on the 6th floor which made us decide to go for one ourselves this year. I imagine they're all much the same. As your price beats the discounted 'returning guest' price that Beaver Run are offering us if we book direct I think we would like to book your condo please.
Are we able to pay just a deposit for the $1218 now and the balance nearer the time?
Oh, and by the way, I noticed in your 'Owner description' that Tracey is GM of Mi Casa. We have eaten there every time we come to Breck and even one time we ate there when were staying in Copper! Great restaurant with a great atmosphere and service.
